1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the type of product ordered:

  • Artificial Flowers & Plants: Orders will be delivered within 4-10 business days after processing.
  • Dried Flowers: Orders will be delivered within 5-15 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as carrier delays or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery within the UK.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate applies for orders below £100. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.


6. Issues with Delivery

  • If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
  • In case of damaged or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Additional Information

  • During holidays or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
  • Bloom Eternal is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.
